Jessie J was the first judge to sign on to the show, with a contract allowing her to stay in the show for numerous season. She is the only judge among the four of them to have a contract. Usher, Kristin Chenoweth and Luke Bryan are all Season 1 judges but they will not return for any possible future seasons due to other commitments.
